North Course

The North Course is an 18-hole, parkland course with tree-lined fairways. Originally designed in 1927 by William Park Bell and partially redesigned by Desmond Muirhead in 1967. It's a little shorter than the Jack Clark South Course, features more dog legs and has water is in play on 13 holes. This course is a lot of fun to play and is the local resident favorite. South Course

The South Course is currently closed as a complete remodel project by renowned golf architect Rees Jones is well underway. When completed in early 2018, Alameda will have the only Rees Jones-designed course in the East Bay. This includes a full redesign of tees, greens and fairways and re-contouring all of the holes. Environmental features will include improved drainage and water reclamation, state-of-the-art irrigation, and drought-tolerant grasses. Even the soft-curbed cart paths contain recycled glass. Until the opening of the South, golfers are enjoying the beautiful greens on the North Course along with the completely renovated "Mif" 9-hole Par 3 course. The Practice Facility will also remain open without interruption during the South Course Renovation.

Mif Albright Par 3 Course

A fun new 9-hole, par-3 course that plays from 75 to 147 yards per hole. It's great for beginners, juniors, seniors, short-game practice or just quick fun with friends. What most people don't know about the Mif is that it was designed by Marc Logan and built by the in-house expert construction team of Greenway Golf; the same crews that are completely remodeling the South Course. Overall Result: The Mif is the best Par 3 course in the region.
